Then we add in cage-free eggs, fresh orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, and a pour of Sam Adams Summer Ale. Yes, really. It all gets mixed together until fully combined, bringing a bright, citrusy depth that tastes like peak summer.

Then comes our dry mix — Vermont’s own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, lime crystals, and just enough kosher salt to keep things balanced. And a little pink peppercorn for a subtle kick that you won’t see coming.

Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked to a soft, bright finish — citrusy, refreshing, and wicked good.
