Top Shelf Cookies aren't your typical cookie, so it's no surprise we were founded in a less than typical manner. Heather started making cookies as a superstition and then made it her job. Over ten years later, Heather and her time are still crafting up new recipes with high quality and sometimes unusual ingredients!

Cookie Subscriptions
What type of cookies are included?
For Cookie of The Month, it's 1 flavor per month and for Snackin Sampler it's 6 flavors per month. We have over 200 flavors and counting, we try to offer a good variety of classic cookies, but also something a little different. We try not to include anything in cookie of the month that's too experimental. You can alway skip a month in your customer portal
When do I receive my cookies?
For the Cookie of the Month and Snackin Sampler subscriptions, the first shipment will ship on the next available shipping date after your order date. Subsequent orders will generate on the same date each month and ship ASAP. For example, if you place your order on October 21st, your next order will generate on November 21st.
Can I customize my cookie subscription?
For Cookie of the Month or Snackin Sampler, we will ship the selected flavors and we can't make substitutions. However, you can see in our blog what flavors are shipping and you are able to skip a month if those flavors aren't to your liking
What is the shipping cost?
If you decide to go monthly for cookie of the month, you will be billed for your cookies & shipping. If you get cookie of the month or snackin' sampler club, shipping is included in the 3, 6 or 12 month cost
Does this auto renew?
You are able to select "one time only" or "autorenew" as options. For the 3, 6, 12 month options - the initial charge hits with the first order, then each month a zero dollar order generates for the rest of the series.
