This isn't your average marshmallow cookie.

We start by browning our butter until it's rich, nutty, and deeply fragrant — then cream it together with dark brown sugar and a touch of granulated sugar for a base that's deep, caramel-forward, and full of chew.

Cage-free eggs, egg yolks, and pure Madagascar vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined. Then comes our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough kosher salt to round it all out.

Finally, we fold in freeze dried mini marshmallows that puff and toast as they bake, giving every cookie that signature golden finish.

Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked until the edges crackle and the tops get that toasty glow — campfire vibes, no camp required.
