A smooth ride with a citrus twist

We start with butter and sugar, creamed together to create a soft, tender base. Fresh orange juice and orange zest are mixed in with cage-free eggs, bringing bright citrus flavor that comes through in every bite.

Then it all comes together with Vermont’s own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough kosher salt to balance the sweetness.

Folded throughout are white chocolate chips, adding a smooth, creamy sweetness that complements the citrus. Each cookie is hand-scooped, rolled in sugar, and baked to a lightly crisp, crackled finish on the outside with a soft center.
