We start with unsalted butter and granulated sugar — creamed together until perfectly smooth.

Cage-free eggs, fresh orange zest, and pure vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined. That orange zest is the secret — it brings a bright, sunny citrus note that takes the classic snickerdoodle somewhere new.

Then comes our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, a generous amount of cinnamon, and just enough salt to balance it all out.

Each cookie is hand-scooped, rolled in cinnamon sugar, and baked to a soft, chewy finish — warm, bright, and a little unexpected.
