We start by browning our butter until it's rich, nutty, and deeply fragrant — then cream it together with dark brown sugar and a touch of granulated sugar for a cookie that's chewy from the first bite.

Cage-free eggs, roasted peaches, a splash of rum extract, and a hint of peach extract go in next, mixed together until fully combined and beautifully aromatic.

Then we fold in our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, a touch of ginger, and just enough salt to tie it all together.

Each cookie is hand-scooped, rolled in sugar, and baked to a soft, chewy finish — sweet, peachy, and a little indulgent.
