We start with unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar — creamed together until perfectly smooth.

Cage-free eggs go in next, mixed until fully combined.

Then we fold in organic rolled oats, followed by our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, a touch of ground nutmeg, and just enough kosher salt to round it all out.

Finally, plump, fresh raisins get mixed in until every scoop is loaded.

Each cookie is hand-scooped and soft-baked to a chewy, golden finish. The healthiest cookie we make. Don't tell the others.
