We start with unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar — creamed together until perfectly smooth, building a deep, caramel-forward base.

Cage-free eggs, egg yolks, and pure Madagascar vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined and rich.

Then we fold in organic rolled oats, followed by our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough kosher salt to balance the sweetness.

Finally, we load in dark chocolate chunks until every scoop is packed.

Each cookie is hand-scooped, chilled, and soft-baked to a chewy, hearty finish — inspired by Dorchester and rooted in comfort.
