This cookie may be called "basic," but don't let the name fool you — it's anything but boring.
We start with unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and a touch of light brown sugar — creamed together until perfectly smooth. That little bit of brown sugar gives each cookie its signature chew.
Cage-free eggs and pure Madagascar vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined.
Then comes our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough kosher salt to balance the sweetness.
Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked to a soft center with lightly golden edges — simple, classic, and done right.

Cookies were very soft and texture was great- but the flavor combo was not ideal. Very prominent with clove, and the two flavors just didnt seem to blend well. We had several people try them, but no one liked them. Hoping the next flavors will be better!!
We received these cookies for Christmas. Dirty Water is the most delicious cookie I've ever tasted. It had a great combination of softness and crunch. My son-in-law also loved them.

What size cookies are they?
Some cookies are giant and you can't finish them and some cookies are tiny! Our are "just right"
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use quality ingredients, each of our cookie packs comes with an ingredient label with ingredients you can pronounce and are familiar with!
When do you ship?
We ship Tuesday - Saturday via USPS from our bakery in Boston, MA. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed
Can I add gift message?
Yes! Indicate that the order is a gift at checkout and leave your message, we'll include a hand written note with your order
What is the shelf life?
We like to see the cookies eaten within 10 days of baking, provided they are stored sealed. If you get them and you want to make them last, they freeze beautifully
How should I store these?
Always keep them wrapped and closed up! If you are planning to finish them in the next couple days, room temperature is perfect, if you have more cookies than you can handle right now - keep them in the freezer. They will defrost in no time!
Do you have a shop?
Yes! Our shop is our kitchen with the door open, so we have a lot of our favorites and we have some experimental flavors!
