It’s hard to believe we’ve been making this cookie for 4 years, but here we are. It’s always a favorite and we so enjoy making it. This is an apple oatmeal cookie, we use applesauce as the binder, so it’s a no egg cookie. Round it out with some Angry Orchard Crisp Apple cider and you have an apple crisp cookie.
I always forget how well loved this cookie is till we bring it out. I love fall in New England and while I love me some pumpkin flavored stuff, I feel like it hogs the spotlight from apple, so we decided that we would do Apple Crisp as the October cookie this year!
We are definitely in fall mode at our little shop in Adams Village, we have a fall sprinkle cookie and we’ll have fall decorating kits shortly to keep the kids busy!
